At any time after completing a session, trainees must leave an anonymous star rating (1-5 stars). Additionally, they may choose to leave a public review and/or rate the trainer for their skills.

Stars
Trainer rating stars are shown on a trainer’s profile, but they are anonymous. That means that the trainee’s name will not be shown. Star rating is required.

Reviews
Trainees may choose to leave a review. Reviews are publicly shared on a trainer’s profile, along with the trainee’s name. Reviews are optional.

Skills
Trainees may also rate the trainer for their skills based on their session. This is also optional.


On trainer profiles, ratings will show average stars, public reviews from trainees and rated skills as shown in the picture:
