Occasionally, there will be an issue with your session and you might wish to give your trainee a refund. Refunds can be issued considering the following notes:
1- You cannot issue your trainee a refund if you have already cashed out your earnings for that session.
2- If you issue your trainee any refund, the cost of this refund will be taken from your earnings. If you decide to re-give the session, contact us directly and we will make it happen. You will not receive any payment for your original session.
