How do I reschedule a session with a trainee?

If you need to reschedule a session for any reason, please find the session you need to reschedule in your account under booking and then select “Request to Reschedule”.

A popup window will appear to provide a reason to the trainee on why you need to reschedule the session.

The trainee will receive an email notification with your request to reschedule. The trainee will have the option to either
1) cancel the session and get a full refund; or
2) select a new date and time based on your schedule of availability.

NOTE: You may only be able to request to reschedule before 24 hours of the session start date.
