Whether you have received a refund in ecadema credits or redeemed an ecadema gift card, ecadema credits are immediately available for you to use to purchase workshops or sessions with a trainer of your choice.

ecadema credits are applied automatically to your total at the time you book a workshop, course, session or sessions with the trainer of your choice.

NOTE: You can check your ecadema credits balance and transactions in your account.

To redeem your ecadema credits:

In your checkout and confirmation screen, you will be notified of your ecadema credit balance: “Your ecadema Credit will automatically be applied to this purchase”

These ecadema credits are available to be applied in full, or in part, to your purchase total:
If the amount of ecadema credit completely covers the amount of your purchase, simply click “Complete Secure Checkout” to complete your purchase.

OR

If the amount of ecadema credit covers part the amount of your purchase:

Add your credit card information and click “Complete Secure Checkout” or click “Pay with PayPal”. Your purchase is complete and you have successfully used your ecadema credits to purchase sessions on ecadema.

*NOTE: All ecadema Credits are valid for six months from the date they are issued.
