Trainers should set their availability for when they know they can take trainees. You should not regularly reschedule or cancel sessions because of conflicts in your schedule.

You should reschedule a session with a trainee only in extreme situations when you cannot possibly attend the session due to a change in your schedule.

You can submit a request to reschedule the session from the bookings page in your account. The request will then be reviewed by the trainee and he or she will have the option to either reschedule or cancel the session.
