You are prompted to rate the session at the end of the 60-minute session. Once your trainer clicks the “End Session” button and the session’s state changes to “Completed”, an option to rate your trainer will appear.

Rating a session includes:
1.Trainer Stars Rating;
2.Trainer Skills; and
3.Comments.

If you leave the session without rating it, you can always rate the session later from your account page.

Lastly, you’ll also receive an automated email reminder prompting you to rate your session.
