One to one sessions
If you need to “Reschedule” your session, you may do so with at least 24 hours advance notice. If the session is scheduled to start in less than 24 hours, you will not be able to “Reschedule”, but you will be able to “Cancel” the session and receive a 50% refund.

Workshops and courses
Workshops or courses cannot be rescheduled.

How do I reschedule my one to one session?
1. If your session is set to start in 12 or more hours, go to my classes, find the session you want to reschedule, and select “Reschedule”.
2. Choose the new date of the session.
3. Click update now and the session shall be rescheduled.
