Unless otherwise agreed on in a written agreement between you and ecadema that was signed by an authorized personnel of ecadema, if you submit, transmit, display, perform, post or store Content using the Platform’s Services, you grant ecadema Platform and its sublicensees, to the furthest extent and for the maximum duration permitted by applicable laws (including in perpetuity if permitted under applicable law), an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, fully sub-licensable, non-exclusive, and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content, including but not limited to, promoting and redistributing part or all of the ecadema Services (and derivative works thereof).
