Can I get a refund for my sessions?
All purchases on ecadema are final. When you book sessions on ecadema and pay for them, they are yours to keep and cannot be refunded to your original form of payment.
However, purchased sessions can be cancelled and refunded as ecadema credit. If you do not wish to complete the remainder of your sessions with your particular trainer, you may cancel your sessions for a 100% ecadema credit refund, which you may then use to book with a different trainer.
Can I get a refund if I am unhappy with my trainer?
If you do not wish to continue with your particular trainer on ecadema, you may cancel all remaining sessions for an automatic ecadema credit refund. You can use your ecadema credit to book with a different trainer on the Platform.
I have ecadema credit on my account. Can I get a refund to my original form of payment?
All purchases on ecadema are final. When you buy sessions, they are yours to keep and cannot be refunded to your original form of payment.
Your credit expires after 6 months
I was incorrectly charged. What can I do?
If you feel you have been charged in error, please contact us on [email protected] with a detailed explanation and we’ll be happy to investigate. Refund requests must be received by ecadema within 20 days of the charge in order to be considered.
