From time to time, situations may arise that prevent you from attending your session. If you know in advance of your session that you are unable to attend, reschedule your session (if your session is 24+ hours away) or cancel your session (if your session is fewer than 24 hours away).

Trainers are paid for sessions you miss without notice.

You may contact us and tell us about what happened to prevent you from attending your session. The same will be communicated to your trainer to see if you can get a refund.

Please, note that a refund is not guaranteed, as all actions are up to the trainer’s discretion.
