Usually, when a trainee knows they cannot attend the session, they will reschedule (which is possible more than 24 hours in advance of a session’s start time) or cancel (receiving a 100% refund more than 24 hours in advance of a session’s start time).

Occasionally, however, trainee may miss sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, technical difficulties, or other issues that arise. We advise waiting for at least half of your session to make sure that your trainee is not simply running late.

If the trainee missed the session, the earnings from that session are yours.
